Currently we are unable to take orders over the phone,
so please use e-mail, fax or you can post an order form to us.
E-MAIL: Please just e-mail us (overseas@ajvinyl.com)item number which you want, your name, address and payment method. we will tell you the total amount including shipping to your address as soon as we can. Please ensure that you include the item number and title to ensure you receive the right item.

●SHIPPING
We currently use Japan Post Air mail only.
This is the best way we have found to ship overseas and is very reliable.
Orders are usually in your hands within 5-10 business days.
If however you would prefer to ship in a different method,
such as by EMS, surface etc... please contact us and we will be more than willing to help you out.
Shipping rates:
LP ： $14 (USD) Plus $3 each additional LP
7 inch（45's/EP）： $6 Plus $1 each additional 7 inch（45's/EP）
CD ： $6 Plus $1 each additional CD (in case of regular single cd in jewel case)

Our preferred method of payment is via Paypal.
This system gives the flexibility of using any major credit card and we pay the charges!

IPMO: We can accept INTERNATIONAL Money orders from POST OFFICES only!
Please check to make sure that the ones you send can be cashed in Japan!
If you send a money order that we can not cash this will slow down the process tremendously.
CASH: Of course we accept cash payments but please make sure that the money
is well concealed and please register if possible. Currencies accepted: US / UK / EUR.
●NOTE
We DO NOT take personal cheques of any sort!
These are very expensive to cash in Japan as banks are not used to them.
●REFUNDS / EXCHANGE POLICY
We stand behind our grading 100% but if you feel that we have misrepresented
it in any way or form we will gladly refund the price of the item.
We will not however refund money which was used for post.
Still sealed items must be in the same condition if you wish to return them..
ie) STILL SEALED. We are not a musical library nor due we expect to be treated like one.
